Darren Lyttle
Creative Partner, MCSD
As a Chartered Designer for over 17 years with over 30 years industry experience, Darren is a highly experienced brand consultant specialising in strategy, stakeholder consultation and creative development and brand application. He has delivered high-level brand projects for Councils, local government, public sector organisation and private sector. Darren is also a highly experienced interpretation designer and provides consultation, interpretive planning and creative interpretive design working with museums, exhibitions, heritage trusts and local government.
Julie-Anne Parkhill
Partner MCIM
Julie Anne is a highly experienced project manager with over twenty-five years industry experience with qualifications in marketing, project management and digital marketing she applies expert knowledge and handling of client projects. She effectively project manages and liaises with clients and third party suppliers such as signage manufacturers, installation teams, artists, copywriters ensuring client projects are an outstanding success. It means her clients can be assured of the highest quality delivery, on time and on budget.
Maurica Mackle
PR Associate
Maurica Mackle, the force behind Mackle Communications, has worked in PR since 1998. She was one of the first practitioners in Northern Ireland to hold both Chartered PR and FCIPR status and is one of the most experienced and successful PR practitioners in the business. Winning a CIPR Mark of Excellence for UK Independent PR Practitioner of the Year in 2020, Maurica is also a multiple time winner of the CIPR Outstanding Independent PR Practitioner of the Year Award, receiving Gold in 2017, 2018 and 2019, the first female practitioner to do so. In 2017 Maurica was recognised as one of the top 70 PR Practitioners in the UK by CIPR, and in the same year awarded the Women in Business Award for Best in Professional Services.
Paul Connolly
Videography Associate
Paul has been the managing director SmartVideo Ltd. since 2014. Before that he was an award-winning journalist with roles that included deputy editor and managing editor at the Belfast Telegraph. His specialities include video production, video marketing, scriptwriting, copywriting, animated video production and 3D virtual tours. His media industry experience includes serving on the board of the UK Society of Editors and as a member of the Standards Investigations Panel at the Independent Press Standards Organisation.
Paul Connolly

Continuing our theme of ‘only the best will do’, it is with a mixture of pride and delight that we introduce the renowned Northern Ireland artist Ken Maze as the go-to illustrator on the Circle CC team. Equally at home with a spray can as with acrylics, oils, charcoal and pastels, this multi-talented, multi-media artist can capture the very essence of people, places and events, breathing life and vitality into exhibitions, visitor experiences, corporate events and dramatic artworks.
