Here are Circle, we are proud to be the sole, all-Ireland agent for Durable Ali+ interpretive panels. Durable Ali+ is a printed aluminium product that provides outstanding full-colour print quality and long-term resistance to UV and exterior weather conditions. Based on a revolutionary 4-stage process incorporating a direct-to-substrate printing method utilising specialised inks, Durable Ali+ offers unbelievable durability and anti-graffiti protection.
Location location, location
Each Durable Ali+ panel features a highly abrasion and scratch-resistant high temperature stoved-resin coating and an aluminium base material. This provides an extremely robust finish – one that will ensure your images and copy will resist the ravages of time and the attention of vandals. This means that Durable Ali+ provides a cost-effective alternative to vitreous enamel signage and can be used in both prestigious high street locations and in more rural contexts.

Durable Ali+ panels can be printed both sides and are graffiti resistant enabling cleansing of the custom surface with many products such as water, white spirits, alcohol or acetone.

Although interpretation panels are a very useful and popular form of interpretation material, we believe there are more ways to convey information than with just panels, text and illustrations. Fpr example, spectacular objects placed in the landscape are a great way to spark people’s interest. They are also hard to forget! Circle is skilled at sourcing exquisitely crafted outdoor art pieces, scavenger games and sculptures that interact with the landscape and history of your site and add significantly to the visitor experience.
Size helps, but your installation doesn’t always have to be large scale and dramatic – even simple but intelligent items such as tactile carvings or hands-on games can really connect visitors to a place. The good news is that most of our solutions are durable, low maintenance and relatively low tech and we can take our interpretive proposals from initial concept and design through customer consultation to fabrication and installation.

U-Turn Rounds
U-Turn Rounds are an excellent way to provide outdoor information points for visitors along a trail. Environmentally friendly thanks to their use of wind-up power, our U-Turns are designed to be as robust as possible and to offer a wide range of message options. We find that when used in conjunction with sculptures and listening posts, U-Turns help visitors to understand and engage with their surroundings, adding massively to their overall enjoyment of a trail. We can build U turns on post or built into panels and outdoor furniture or benches.
